Senior Human Resources Manager - The Edge Partnership

Our client is a well-established Singapore organization looking for an experienced HR professional to work closely with senior leaders and support the organization’s growth. Some of the key responsibilities will include: • Partner senior leaders on workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning. • Provide HR advisory on employee relations, organisational change and complex people matters. • Support HR improvements and new HR initiatives to improve HR processes and employee experience. • Ensure adherence to local employment legislation, company policies and HR governance standards across all HR practices. To be eligible for this role you will require: • Degree-qualified with 10-12 years of HR experience, including strong HR Business Partnering experience. • Experience working closely with senior management in a complex organisation. • Good knowledge of manpower planning, talent, performance and employee relations. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Good understanding of Singapore employment practices, with the ability to work at both strategic and operational levels.
