The Data Cloud Senior Technical Architect in Specialized Delivery is a demonstrated thought leader in the technical and functional application of Data 360 (fka. Data Cloud) with cross-industry experience.

Ideally, they are a seasoned data-focused architect who understands the Salesforce platform and has proven success in helping customers unlock data and insights.

They are seasoned in technical and functional aspects of complex Customer engagements and consistently deliver successful Data 360 focused projects and drive strategic transformations for our top Customers. This role is in CSG Professional Services and is a part of the Emerging Specialized Delivery team.

Senior Technical Architects deliver best in class complex technical solutions to meet the Customer’s business and technical requirements. They focus on the following domains: Data 360, scripting, data management, and integrations.

Senior Technical Architects lead the evaluation of options and subsequent presentation and education of the Customer/Partner. They will also identify and proactively manage risk areas, and commit to seeing issues through to complete resolution. They proactively assess and
