Project Manager

: Job Summary: The Project Manager ensures projects are delivered within scope, time, budget and quality while coordinating clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams. Key Responsibilities A. Project Planning  Prepare project execution plans.  Develop detailed work schedules.  Define milestones and deliverables.  Monitor project progress.  Update project programmes. B. Financial Management  Monitor project budgets.  Track fee utilization.  Manage project profitability.  Review consultant invoices.  Control project costs. C. Client Management  Act as primary project contact.  Conduct progress meetings.  Prepare project reports.  Manage expectations.  Resolve project issues. D. Consultant Coordination  Coordinate structural engineers.  Coordinate MEP consultants.  Coordinate landscape consultants.  Monitor consultant deliverables.  Integrate multidisciplinary designs. E. Project Team Management  Mentor and supervise junior architects, designers, and project team members F. Construction Coordination  Review contractor queries.  Coordinate site instructions.  Manage RFIs.  Monitor construction progress.  Resolve execution issues. G. Risk Management  Identify project risks.  Develop mitigation strategies.  Monitor statutory approvals.  Ensure contractual compliance.  Maintain project documentation. Educational Qualifications: - Bachelors in Architecture is a must - Master’s degree in Architecture preferred Experience: - Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in architecture and project management. - Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects. Skills: - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant architectural tools. Other Requirements: - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. - Willingness to travel as requir
