UX Designer - Baseline Clearance Required Anywhere in Australia | Hybrid Work Model Contract until December 2026 | Likely to extend Baseline Security Clearance Mandatory About the Role We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centred digital experiences and work closely with cross-functional Agile teams. Key Responsibilities • Design intuitive and user-centred digital experiences and interfaces. • Translate user and business requirements into wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs . • Conduct and contribute to user research, usability testing and design validation . • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides and reusable components . • Apply strong principles of accessibility, usability and responsive design . • Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers and Service Designers . • Provide clear design specifications and guidance to development teams. • Communicate and present design decisions to stakeholders, using strong storytelling skills. • Contribute to Agile ceremonies and iterative design processes. Key Skills & Experience • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer . • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design and problem-solving . • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or equivalent . • Experience with user research, prototyping and usability testing. • Strong understanding of design systems and reusable components. • Good knowledge of accessibility and responsive design principles. • Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills. • Experience working in Agile delivery environments . • Baseline Security Clearance is mandatory.
