Info Origin - ServiceNow Developer - ITSM Module

Role Overview : We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and support enterprise ServiceNow ITSM solutions. The role will involve developing workflows, integrations, platform customizations, and enhancements while working closely with business and technical teams. Key Responsibilities : - Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM solutions across Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Service Catalog modules. - Develop and customize applications using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Service Portal. - Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions. - Develop workflow automation and process improvements using ServiceNow capabilities. - Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Integration Hub, and MID Server. - Configure and maintain CMDB, CI relationships, and CSDM-aligned configurations. - Develop reports, dashboards, SLA configurations, and operational metrics. - Perform unit testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production deployments. - Troubleshoot platform issues and perform root-cause analysis. - Follow ServiceNow development standards, coding best practices, and platform governance guidelines. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments. - Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing activities.
