## **Job Role: International Dreams Catalyst (Telecaller)**### **Role Overview**The **Telecaller (Inside Sales Executive)** serves as the critical first point of contact between aspiring immigrants and our expert immigration consulting team.

The primary mission is to engage with warm leads, qualify their interest and eligibility in moving abroad, and successfully schedule them for formal consultations with our senior immigration specialists.

This role requires a blend of high-volume outbound calling, empathetic relationship building, and sharp sales acumen to convert initial curiosity into booked appointments.

### **Core Responsibilities** * **Lead Engagement & Qualification:** * Initiate high-volume outbound calls to prospects who have requested information regarding study, work, or permanent residency visas.

* Conduct initial screening to assess the applicant's profile (education, work experience, financial readiness, and language proficiency). * **Appointment Scheduling:** * Present the value of a formal immigration consultation effectively.

* Book, confirm, and manage daily consultation appointments for the sales and legal teams to meet monthly pipeline targets. * **Relationship & Pipeline Management:** * Follow up diligently with non-responsive or hesitant leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email sequences.

* Maintain meticulous, real-time records of all interactions, lead statuses, and scheduled appointments in the company CRM. * **Product Knowledge:** * Stay updated on basic, high-level changes in immigration pathways (e. g.

, Canada Express Entry, Australia PR, UK Student Visas) to answer introductory questions confidently without giving legal advice. ### **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**Your success in this role will be directly measured by: 1.

**Dials & Talk Time:** Meeting daily minimum metrics for outbound calls made and total minutes spent engaging leads. 2. **Lead-to-Appointment Conversion Rate:** The percentage of contacted leads successfully scheduled for a consultation. 3.

**Show-Up Rate:** Ensuring booked leads actually attend their scheduled consultations with the immigration experts. ### **Required Qualifications & Competencies** * **Education:** Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or a Bachelor’s degree in any field.

* **Experience:** 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer support, or B2C telesales (Experience in the immigration, ed-tech, or insurance sectors is a major asset). * **Communication Skills:** Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.

Must be fluent in English and [Insert Regional Language, e. g. , Hindi/Punjabi] with a neutral accent and a persuasive telephone manner. * **Resilience & Drive:** A thick-skinned, self-motivated attitude capable of handling high rejection rates and pushing through objections.
