Credgenics - Senior UI/UX Designer - Figma

Role : Senior UI/UX Designer ABOUT CREDGENICS : Credgenics is a leading SaaS-based debt collections platform that leverages technology to streamline and optimize the recovery process. We are growing our design team and looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to help shape FMS, our consumer-facing (B2C) product. ABOUT THE ROLE : We are looking for a senior UI/UX Designer with 5 to 8 years of experience to own the end-to-end design of FMS, our B2C product used directly by consumers. You will bring strong product thinking, a sharp eye for visual craft, and the ability to independently drive design decisions in a fast-paced, agile environment while mentoring junior designers and working closely with product, engineering, and research to build delightful, high-trust consumer experiences at scale. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES : - Own end-to-end UI/UX design for FMS, our B2C consumer application, across web and mobile. - Translate business goals and user needs into intuitive, high-converting consumer journeys and flows. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity, pixel-perfect designs in Figma. - Build and evolve the design system, brand guidelines, and reusable UI component libraries. - Lead and interpret user research, usability testing, and behavioral data to continuously refine the product experience. - Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data/Analytics teams to ship seamless, well-implemented experiences. - Drive motion design and micro-interactions to make consumer touchpoints feel polished and trustworthy. - Mentor junior designers and contribute to raising the design bar across the team. - Champion user-centered design principles, accessibility, and responsive design across the product. - Stay ahead of consumer design trends, tools, and best practices in B2C product design. REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS : - 5 to 8 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong track record on B2C / consumer-facing products. - Outstanding portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of web and mobile consumer product design. - Deep expertise in Figma, prototyping tools, and building/scaling design systems. - Strong fundamentals in visual design layout, typography, color theory, and iconography. - Solid grounding in user research, usability testing, and data-informed design decisions. - Experience with motion design and micro-interactions (After Effects, Lottie, or similar) preferred. - Comfortable driving ambiguous 0-to-1 problems as well as optimizing existing consumer flows. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence cross-functional teams. - Prior SaaS or fintech B2C experience is a strong plus.
