Job Title: QA Engineer – Automation Location: 100% Remote (U. S.) Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2 Salary Range: $115,000–$130,000 Annually Experience Required: 6+ years Sponsorship: U. S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD Holders, and H-1B transfer candidates are encouraged to apply.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer - Automation to design, develop, and maintain robust automated testing frameworks for enterprise web, API, and distributed systems.

In this role you will be a key contributor to engineering quality, partnering with development teams to expand test coverage, embed automation into CI/CD pipelines, and accelerate confident software delivery.

The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on experience with modern automation frameworks with a clear understanding of testing strategy, including risk-based testing, exploratory testing, and continuous testing in Agile environments.

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Four or more years of QA automation experience. Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright. Hands-on experience automating REST APIs.

Strong understanding of testing methodologies and the software development lifecycle. Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines. Solid SQL skills for data validation. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.
