Profile Description : Role : Preferred Background Experience in IT Services / Consulting / GCC / Managed Services. Managed large enterprise customers. Experience in proposal creation and effort estimation. Exposure to multiple domains (Retail, BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, CPG etc.). Certifications in Cloud / Databricks / AI/ML. Designation : Manager M1 Employment Type : Permanent Work Mode : Work From Office Working Days : 5 days (Sat-Sun week off) Shift : Fixed Shift (9 hours) Shift Timings : General Shift Location : Bengaluru Key Responsibilities : Data Manager who combines strong technical depth, solutioning mindset, stakeholder communication, and team leadership. This role is ideal for someone who can operate like a pre-sales consultant with delivery ownership. Delivery Management : - Own end-to-end execution of data programs from initiation to go-live. - Manage scope, timelines, risks, budgets, dependencies, and quality. - Ensure best practices in Agile / Scrum / Waterfall delivery models. - Drive governance with weekly status reports, steering meetings, and escalations. Team Leadership : - Manage and mentor cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, BI Developers, Analysts, and Architects. - Build strong delivery culture focused on ownership, quality, and continuous learning. - Conduct performance reviews, career growth planning, and hiring. - Improve utilization and resource planning across projects. Technical Leadership : - Guide teams on architecture, coding standards, reusability, DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and performance optimization. - Review designs for Data Warehousing, Lakehouse, ETL/ELT pipelines, BI models, and reporting systems. - Ensure scalable, secure, and cost-optimized cloud solutions. Communication & Stakeholder Management : - Interface with senior business stakeholders, delivery heads, and technical teams. - Present status, risks, roadmap, and value realization clearly. - Handle challenging conversations with confidence and professionalism. Education : - Graduates only (please ignore pursuing/drop out/12th or 10th pass).
