Candidates based in EST timezone preferred. As a strategic member of the global Talent Acquisition organization, you will partner closely with business leaders to develop recruiting strategies that attract exceptional talent in highly competitive markets.

You will influence hiring decisions through market intelligence, talent mapping, and data-driven recruiting practices while delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.

This is a highly visible role requiring someone who thrives in complex searches, understands today's technology landscape, and enjoys solving difficult hiring challenges through innovative sourcing strategies and consultative partnership.

What You'll Do

Own the full lifecycle recruitment process for positions across technical, G&A, and Sales. Partner with hiring managers to understand business priorities, organizational design, and hiring requirements.

Develop proactive sourcing strategies that identify passive technical talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, open-source communities, professional associations, and networking. Build long-term talent pipelines for critical skill sets and hard-to-fill positions.
