Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner Seeking a strategic thinker with 6+ years of experience in strategic or commercial finance, ideally within a high-growth fintech or technology environment. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional analytical capability to translate complex data into actionable insights, while maintaining the strong commercial instinct needed to partner effectively with senior leadership. This role requires a unique balance of financial rigor and a pragmatic, entrepreneurial mindset to drive and scale commercial strategy in a dynamic landscape. What You’ll Do: Build strong collaborative relationships with commercial leadership in the North America business to define and drive commercial and financial strategy, aligned with Adyen’s long-term growth drivers; Lead complex, full-funnel commercial performance analysis to assess growth drivers, strategic initiatives, go-to-market decisions, translating data into executive-level insights; Provide critical challenge and thought partnership on high-impact commercial decisions, ensuring robust and balanced trade-off evaluation;
