In This Role In this role, you will support business operations and leadership effectiveness for a large, globally distributed marketing organization.

You will help establish and maintain a strong operating rhythm by coordinating leadership forums, managing agendas and action items, preparing executive-ready communications, and ensuring key business priorities remain visible and on track.

You will partner closely with senior stakeholders to prepare business reviews, budget discussions, leadership meetings, and organizational updates. You will also contribute to transformation initiatives, quarterly business reviews, reporting, and other high-priority operational projects.

Success in this role requires strong business judgment, executive communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively within a complex, matrixed organization.
