Chief Human Resource Officer - Manufacturing Industry

Vishnu Chemicals Limited Job Description : The role holder will be accountable to overall lead HR & IR (Including multiple plant operations) & Manage HR transformation, Organization building journey along with following key functions : - Talent Acquisition - Performance Management - Compensation & Benefits - Industrial Relations - Labour Laws - HR Analytics - HRMS/ERP Systems - Learning & Development - Succession Planning - Organization Development 1. Education : - Preferably MHRM / MBA (HR), PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed Institution. 2. Certifications : - Certifications in Labour Laws, Organizational Development, Leadership Coaching, or HR Analytics are desirable. 3. Experience : - 20 - 25 Years HR Progressive Experience in a Manufacturing Industry, with at least 810 years in a Senior HR leadership role. 4. Age Requirement : - Preferred age : 45 - 50 years. 5. Scale of Operations : - Must have successfully led the HR function for an organization with a minimum workforce of 2,000 employees, preferably in a multi-location manufacturing (Minimum 5 - 6 Locations).
