About the Role

As a member of the GTM Strategic Finance team, you’ll help provide Finance and GTM leaders a clear, reliable view of topline performance as our revenue model and operating complexity continue to grow.

You’ll immediately take ownership of GTM topline reporting workstreams, which include running the ARR model, seat-based forecast, and monthly and quarterly actuals reporting. This role is based San Francisco.

We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.

What You'll Achieve: Own the core topline model and reporting cadence and connect ARR performance to customer growth, seats, retention, GTM execution, and other underlying operating trends Assist in preparing and delivering presentations that effectively communicate Notion's GTM strategy and performance to Notion’s executive team, Board of Directors and investors Improve the quality and scalability of our reporting infrastructure, using AI, automation, and stronger data workflows to increase
