U. S. Business Hours About the Role At Pavago , one of our clients is hiring an AI Automation Specialist to design, build, and optimize intelligent automation systems that eliminate manual work and improve operational efficiency across the business.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role combining AI integration, workflow automation, system integrations, and process optimization .

You’ll leverage modern automation platforms, APIs, and AI models to create scalable solutions that streamline operations across departments including operations, sales, marketing, HR, finance, and customer support.

AI & Workflow Automation Build, deploy, and maintain workflows using platforms such as: Zapier Make n8n Microsoft Power Automate Integrate AI services including: OpenAI (ChatGPT) Claude Gemini Anthropic Other LLM APIs Develop AI-powered workflows for: Content generation Data processing Classification Summarization Customer support Lead management Employee onboarding Internal operations Systems Integration Connect business applications using APIs and webhooks.
