Position Overview: *This position is contingent upon contract award* The Knowledge Transfer Project Analyst supports the successful transition of the CMS Drug Data Processing System (DDPS) and related applications by coordinating all knowledge transfer, asset management, onboarding, and operational readiness activities required to transition services from the incumbent contractor to the Cognitive team.

This individual serves as the central coordinator for capturing, organizing, validating, and transferring operational knowledge, technical documentation, application inventories, configuration baselines, SOPs, runbooks, system access, and all other critical transition artifacts to ensure continuity of operations and minimize operational risk.

This is a remote position; however, Cognitive hires only in the following designated U. S. states based on contract and business requirements: VA, DC, MD, TN, FL, AZ, CO, OR, and TX.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate structured sessions between outgoing and incoming teams across key operational areas ensuring information is clearly documented and accessible.

Maintain comprehensive transition inventories and track completeness across system documentation, runbooks, data dictionaries, interface specifications, configuration baselines, application and interface inventories, and operating procedures.
