Reporting to the Account Manager on the account, you will coordinate the operating rhythm behind the work: content approvals, stakeholder follow-up, meeting preparation, campaign project management, file organisation, episode deliveries, social-account access, and cross-workstream status visibility.

This is not passive administration. The role is about making complex work visible, organised, and dependable. You will know what is moving, what is waiting for approval, who owns the next step, where the latest file lives, and when a blocker needs to be escalated.

You will work across a high volume of moving parts and stakeholders, helping Storm and the client stay aligned as content, campaigns, meetings, approvals, assets, and access requirements move forward. A significant part of the role is follow-through.

You will be expected to chase inputs, maintain accurate trackers, capture decisions clearly, surface risks early, and make sure agreed actions actually happen. If you enjoy bringing order to fast-moving work involving lots of people, deadlines, systems, and dependencies, this role will suit you well.
