What You'll Do As Senior Residential Project Manager, you'll oversee operational coordination from preconstruction through project completion while working closely with ownership to keep projects organized, efficient, and moving forward. Your responsibilities include: • Lead operational coordination across multiple custom residential projects • Review architectural plans, specifications, and construction documents • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and two-week look-ahead plans • Oversee estimating support, preconstruction workflows, documentation, and change orders • Coordinate communication between office staff, field teams, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers • Improve project workflows and operational systems to increase efficiency • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues before they impact schedule or quality • Partner closely with ownership to support company growth and continuous improvement What We're Looking For • 7+ years of custom residential construction project management experience • Strong understanding of luxury or custom home construction • Advanced experience using Buildertrend is required • Experience managing preconstruction, scheduling, estimating, and project coordination • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and construction documents • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail • High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability • Currently living on the Big Island or willing to relocate • Hawaii residential construction experience is preferred What Success Looks Like In this role, you will: • Keep projects organized, proactive, and moving efficiently from planning through completion • Build dependable systems that improve communication and project execution • Deliver accurate schedules, documentation, and project coordination with minimal oversight • Create strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams • Provide the operational leadership that allows ownership to focus on strategic growth while maintaining the company's high standards Why Join Imagine Development? • Play a key leadership role in a growing custom home builder • Work on distinctive residential projects throughout the Big Island • Collaborate directly with ownership and have a meaningful voice in company operations • Opportunity to influence processes, systems, and long-term growth • Competitive compensation based on experience • Entrepreneurial environment where your ideas and leadership make a real impact • Enjoy building exceptional homes while living and working in Hawaii How to Apply If you're an experienced residential construction leader who enjoys improving operations, leading complex projects, and building exceptional homes, we'd love to hear from you.
