As the Director of Product Management – Platform , you will own and drive the multi-year product strategy for Okta’s foundational platform suite. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, this role has complete product ownership over the core infrastructure powering Okta’s enterprise identity engine. You will manage and mentor a team of Product Managers , translating Okta’s overarching company vision into an execution-focused roadmap. Your platform portfolio spans identity automation ( Okta Workflows ), core cloud identity directory ( Universal Directory ), multi-org governance ( Okta Aerial ), business continuity ( Backup & Recovery ), administrative design standards ( UI Platform ), monetization primitives ( Licensing & Metering ), and end-to-end Multi-Product Experiences (including AI assistants, unified policy layer, universal search, admin dashboard, and platform RBAC).
