Partner Marketing Manager (Brazil)

The streaming marketing team at Paramount is looking for an innovative, flexible, and pro-active professional to lead our marketing partnerships in Brazil. **Main Responsibilities**: - Keep current deals and partnerships running and increase our presence with them. - Strategize partnership opportunities to support main title launches and brand initiatives. - Monitor partner KPIs and present metrics and analysis to internal stakeholders. - Increase marketing deals and partnerships to achieve our goals. - Identify and evaluate brands and valuable local opportunities. - Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners. - Anticipate issues, manage them with accountability, and provide solutions or escalate efficiently. - Build and maintain relationships with counterparts in other areas. - Support other marketing initiatives by being open to creating, helping, and collaborating with different teams. **Requirements**: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our marketing partnerships in Brazil. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business is required, along with 8+ years of experience in Marketing, Business, or Commercial roles. Proven experience in managing partnership deals is essential, and a background in the Entertainment industry is a plus. An advanced level of English is required, and Spanish proficiency is valued.
