Engineering Manager:
Experience: 7+ Years
Location: Bangalore

Mandatory Requirements:
- 7+ years in Software Engineering with 2+ years leading engineering teams.
- Proven experience building and scaling customer-facing products from ideation to production.
- Hands-on technical leader with expertise in architecture and coding.
- Strong knowledge of testing, code reviews, security, observability, and performance optimization.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, hiring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Good to Have:
- Experience with Agentic AI, RAG, MCP, or AI/ML systems.
- Cloud-native architecture experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
