Job Description
Language SkillsFluent in Hindi and English (both spoken and understood). Knowledge of additional regional languages will be an added advantage. Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads. Explain the company's products and services clearly and professionally.
Follow up with interested customers and convert inquiries into sales. Maintain customer records and update call details in the CRM or sales software. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Coordinate with the sales and support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication and convincing skills. Good listening and negotiation abilities. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Ability to work under targets and deadlines. Positive attitude and customer-focused approach. Strong follow-up skills. Preferred Candidate ProfileMinimum 6 months of experience in telesales or telecalling. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls. Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented.
