The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in tele-sales, preferably within the financial services sector, with practical knowledge of loan products and customer handling.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, explaining suitable loan products, and supporting the sales process from lead engagement through conversion. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers and generate sales opportunities.

• Explain loan products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, and related financial products.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products based on eligibility and needs.

• Follow up with leads regularly and maintain accurate customer and lead information.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide clear information about the sales process.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain a strong conversion focus while delivering a positive customer experience.

• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, verification, and further processing of leads.

• Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in tele-sales.

• Relevant experience in loan products such as Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, etc.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude with a professional and customer-friendly approach.

• Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset.

• Good knowledge of sales processes, lead management, and customer handling.

• Ability to persuade, negotiate, follow up, and convert leads into customers.
