RequirementsExcellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and strong communication skills (mandatory). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Confident speaking with international customers over phone calls. Strong customer handling, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.

Basic computer and internet knowledge. Good time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory. Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
