Director of Project Management

nClouds is seeking an experienced Director of Project Management to lead and strengthen our project delivery function across a fast-paced, global technology organization. This is a fully remote position based in Guatemala, offering the opportunity to work directly with U. S.

Position Summary The Director, Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for leading and scaling the Project Management Office for an AWS Premier Tier Services Partner, ensuring consistent, predictable, and high-quality delivery of cloud transformation engagements.

This leader will establish project governance, delivery standards, portfolio management, and operational excellence across AWS consulting services, working closely with executive leadership, Delivery, Sales, Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, and AWS Partner teams.

The Director of PMO will drive execution excellence across complex cloud migration, modernization, application development, data, AI/ML, DevOps, and managed services engagements.

This role will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with exceptional customer outcomes while developing a world-class project management organization capable of supporting rapid company growth.

The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with deep experience managing professional services organizations, cloud consulting engagements, and enterprise project portfolios within an AWS ecosystem.
