Job Description
Overview: - Mon-Fri (8am - 530pm) East - Loyang Monthly Base Salary: $3500 - $4000 (Based on working experience) AWS (13th Month) + Variable Bonus Your Responsibilities: - Manage the supplier management process, including supplier onboarding, evaluation, qualification, approval, facility audits, quality agreement reviews, and relationship development.
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, working collaboratively with suppliers to drive continuous improvement and enhance quality and delivery performance.
Support new supplier and material qualification by ensuring all onboarding documentation is complete and purchased materials comply with quality requirements and specifications.
Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams (Procurement, Warehouse, and Manufacturing) to resolve material quality issues, manage SCARs, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Establish and maintain incoming and outgoing quality inspection standards while ensuring timely closure of CAPAs, non-conformance reports, customer complaints, and quality performance reporting.
Lead Material Review Board (MRB) meetings to investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and verify their effectiveness.
Maintain and control ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 13485 quality management system documentation, ensuring compliance and readiness for management reviews and certification requirements.
Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal, external, and customer audits by addressing audit findings, implementing improvement actions, and supporting continuous quality system enhancement.
Requirements
- Diploma in quality management / Engineering / Manufacturing or related fields Min 3 years of relevant working experience in handling audits and ISO documentation in manufacturing industries. Well-versed in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and international standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, and ISO 22301. Proficient in quality pla
