This role is well suited to candidates who are open to joining a hands-on, medium-sized enterprise where you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers while making a direct impact on quality initiatives across new product introductions, manufacturing processes, and supplier development.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and company quality standards. Manage supplier quality activities, including supplier qualification, audits, performance monitoring, and corrective actions.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) through quality planning, risk assessments, validation, and production readiness activities. Establish and maintain inspection standards, quality control plans, and product acceptance criteria.
Investigate quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Analyze quality data and drive process improvements to enhance product quality, yield, and manufacturing performance.
Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, suppliers, and customers to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Quality Engineering within precision engineering, semiconductor , CNC machining, or advanced manufacturing environments. Experience in supplier quality management, quality assurance, NPI, and process improvement. Good
