QA Engineer.

Info can be shared ATM: - Basic up to $4500 + AWS + VB 5 days Mon – Fri 8am – 5. 30pm Kaki Bukit Your Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and control processes to ensure compliance with manufacturing and customer quality standards.

Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections while managing non-conformance reports (NCR), root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Collaborate with production, engineering, and supplier teams to resolve quality issues, improve product yield, and support supplier quality management. Monitor quality metrics, process capability, and defect trends to drive continuous process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies where applicable.

Support internal, external, and certification audits (e. g. , ISO 9001), while maintaining quality documentation, inspection standards, and work instructions. Possess strong quality assurance experience in precision engineering, semiconductor tooling, EMS, or high-mix, low-volume manufacturing.
