- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, managing stakeholders, timelines, risks, and dependencies. - Experience using data and customer insights to influence business decisions and drive measurable business outcomes.

- Business fluency in written and verbal English and Japanese, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences and influence stakeholders through compelling narratives. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
