Job Description

Field Marketing Manager, Mexico As the Field Marketing Manager for Mexico, you will be the strategic bridge between marketing and sales for one of Databricks’ fastest-growing markets in LATAM. You will own how marketing translates into pipeline and revenue for Mexico—turning customer insights, sales priorities, and global programs into local, full-funnel demand. Reporting to the Director of Americas Field Marketing, you will be accountable for building a predictable, data-driven field marketing engine that accelerates sales success in the region. Impact Statement (What success looks like in 12–24 months) Consistently meet or exceed agreed marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue contribution targets for the Mexico business, with clear accountability for lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-close conversion. Establish an integrated, full-funnel field marketing engine that reliably converts priority accounts from awareness to active pipeline, improving lead-to-opportunity conversion rates and deal velocity versus baseline. Evolve field marketing in Mexico from event-centric execution to scalable, repeatable demand-generation motions that measurably increase sourced and influenced pipeline across priority industries and account tiers. Build a tight, trusted partnership with Mexico sales leadership where field marketing plans are co-created, embedded in territory/account plans, and reflected in higher engagement with marketing programs and stronger forecast confidence. Improve lead management performance from field programs (speed-to-lead, routing accuracy, and follow-up quality), resulting in higher conversion rates at each stage of the funnel. Increase the ROI of Mexico marketing investments by using attribution and performance data to reallocate budget toward the highest-performing channels and programs, generating more pipeline and revenue per dollar spent.
