HR Transformation & Workforce Transition - IT company

Role Overview: We are hiring for a leadership role with a global technology consulting organization, supporting strategic outsourcing, managed services, digital transformation, M&A, and workforce transition engagements across the Asia-Pacific region. Key Responsibilities: - Lead workforce transition strategies for large outsourcing and transformation deals. - Conduct HR due diligence, workforce assessments, and people risk analysis. - Advise clients on employment legislation, employee transfers, industrial relations, and workforce integration across APAC. - Partner with business, legal, HR, and delivery teams to design commercially viable workforce solutions. - Drive organizational change management, employee communication, and transition governance. - Support contract negotiations and workforce-related commercial modelling. Ideal Candidate Profile: - 15+ years of experience in HR Transformation, Workforce Transition, Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, M&A Integration, or Organizational Change Management. - Strong exposure to outsourcing, managed services, consulting, or large-scale transformation programs. - Experience working with senior business leaders, legal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. - Knowledge of employment laws and workforce transfer practices across multiple Asian countries will be a strong advantage. - MBA preferred.
