Program Manager - Workday Finance

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Workday Finance Program Manager to lead and manage Workday Finance initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of programs, stakeholder alignment, and business transformation objectives. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Workday Financials, program management, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end project execution. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage Workday Finance implementation, enhancement, and transformation programs. - Drive end-to-end program delivery, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication. - Collaborate with business leaders, finance teams, and technology stakeholders to define program objectives and roadmaps. - Oversee requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support activities. - Ensure successful adoption of Workday Finance solutions and alignment with business goals. - Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables across multiple workstreams. - Identify and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and issues to ensure successful outcomes. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, implementation partners, and vendors throughout the program lifecycle. - Monitor program performance and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders. - Drive process improvements and best practices within Workday Finance programs. - Support change management, user adoption, and training initiatives. Required Skills & Experience: - 9-14 years of experience in Program Management, ERP, or Finance Transformation projects. - Strong experience managing Workday Finance / Workday Financials programs. - Experience leading large-scale implementation or transformation initiatives. - Strong understanding of finance business processes and enterprise applications. - Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership. - Strong project planning, governance, and risk management skills. - Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
