:Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. Workclosely with business units to align technical solutions with businessgoals. Understand business processes, identify gaps, and proposeimprovements.

 Collaborate with technical teams to develop functional specifications fornew systems or enhancements to existing systems. Ensure that thesystem architecture is scalable, maintainable, and aligned withenterprise standards.  Provide technical guidance and oversight to development teams.

Insome cases, write or review code (depending on the level of technicalinvolvement). Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that ariseduring implementation. Ensure proper integration of new solutions withexisting systems.

 Work with business stakeholders to define business / systemrequirements and translate the specifications into customizedconfigurations in the target software package.

Understand businessprocess and the needs of the end user and design packaged systems,custom programs, front-end applications, and integrations that adhereto best practices and meet user needs.

 Implement configurations, applying best practices relative to theapplication, with appropriate integration and configuration managementacross the platform. Perform comprehensive testing to ensure thatsolutions function as intended and do not introduce any undesiredbehavior.

 Coordinate with stakeholders and cross functional technical teams toachieve defined outcomes. Collaborate with stakeholders (e. g. ,executives, project managers, clients) to understand business needs. User interviews, workshops, surveys, and document analysis to gatherdetailed business and technical requirements.

Evaluate and prioritizerequirements based on business value, feasibility, and risk.

Qualifications:The successful candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of handson experience configuring and designingsolutions for financial systems, including Oracle EBS Finance, SAPConcur, and MarkView.

 Strong functional expertise across Oracle EBS R12 Finance modules,including Accounts Payable, Purchasing, iProcurement, AGIS, AccountsReceivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, General Ledger, ProjectAccounting, Oracle Time and Labor, and OPM Costing.

 Expertise with SAP Concur and MarkView for financial process andworkflow automation.  Proven ability to analyze business processes, translate requirementsinto functional/technical specifications, and resolve process gaps usingstandard application functionality.

 Strong understanding of core finance processes, including ProcuretoPay,OrdertoCash, and RecordtoReport.  Working knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain modules (preferred).  Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL for data analysis, validation, andtroubleshooting.

 Experience with system integrations, including APIs and XMLbasedtemplates.  Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodologies (preferred).  Experience working in a SOXcontrolled environment (preferred).

 Demonstrated ability to collaborate with users at all levels to gatherrequirements and deliver timely, highquality solutions.  Strong analytical and creative problemsolving skills.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

EducationBachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Finance, Accounting, ComputerScience, or a related field
