: • We are hiring for SAP HCM Payroll Consultant • Role SAP HCM Payroll Consultant • Experience 7 11 Years • Location Bangalore Pune Hyderabad Mysore • We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HCM Payroll Time Management and Personnel Administration • The candidate should have hands on experience in end to end payroll implementation support and enhancement projects Key Responsibilities: • Configure and support SAP HCM Payroll processes • Work on Payroll schema rules wage types PCRs and personnel calculations • Handle Payroll processing retroactive accounting and statutory compliance • Configure and support Time Management Leave Management and Personnel Administration • Analyze business requirements and provide SAP HCM solutions • Work on payroll integration with Finance Benefits and SuccessFactors systems • Support payroll reconciliation testing defect fixes and production issues • Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments • Participate in implementation rollout upgrade and support projects Technical Requirements: • Strong experience in SAP HCM Payroll • Hands on experience with Payroll Schema PCR Wage Types Payroll Functions Operations • Knowledge of Personnel Administration PA and Organizational Management OM • Experience in Time Management and Leave Administration • Understanding of statutory payroll requirements and payroll reporting • Experience in integration with SAP FI and SuccessFactors is preferred • Good client facing and stakeholder management skills Additional Responsibilities: • SAP HCM Payroll Certification preferred • Experience in global payroll implementations support projects • Excellent communication and problem solving skills Preferred Skills: Technology->SAP Functional->SAP HCM,Technology->SAP Functional->SAP HCM-Payroll, Compensation, Time Mgmt,Technology->Workday->HCM Payroll Interface->Payroll Interface Skills: Time Management, Leave Management, Personnel Administration Experience: 7.00-11.00 Years
