Job Summary

Lead process discovery efforts through stakeholder interviews, shadowing, and workflow analysis to identify core business challenges Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements artifacts such as process flows and business requirement documents (BRDs) Design and configure AI-driven workflows and agents using low-code/no-code orchestration platforms (e.
