What we are looking for We are looking for a highly organized, analytically minded, and commercially aware individual to join our Schemes Compliance team as a Compliance Officer for our Financial Integrity pillar. This role is focused on supporting the governance, oversight, and continuous improvement of card-network programs related to fraud, disputes, chargebacks, and merchant financial integrity. You will work across Payments Compliance, Risk, Operations, Product, Legal, and regional stakeholders to help ensure network program requirements are clearly defined, consistently implemented, and well-governed across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured program environments, is strong in follow-through and stakeholder coordination, and enjoys turning complex network obligations into scalable compliance processes.
