Manager - Public Health Policy & Community Health Transformation - Industry Consulting Team

Practice: The Health Consulting Practice is a part of Company Strategy and focuses on the clients most strategic priorities. We help health clients achieve growth and efficiency through technology transformation, aimed at redefining business models using agile methodologies. Key Initiatives: - Digital Public Health: Designing and implementing digital public health programs including disease surveillance, electronic case reporting, health information system (HIS) modernization, and real-time epidemiological reporting for ministries of health and public health agencies. - Public Health Transformation: Advising governments and health authorities on end-to-end public sector health transformation - spanning operating model redesign, health financing reform, service delivery restructuring, and workforce strategy across EMEA and APAC health systems. - Community Health & Disease Prevention: Developing community health strategies, primary care strengthening programs, and NCD/communicable disease prevention frameworks that improve population health outcomes and reduce system demand across diverse geographies. - Interoperability & Population Health Analytics: Supporting clients to build connected health data ecosystems - leveraging HL7 FHIR standards, national health information frameworks, and population health analytics to drive evidence-based policy decisions and improve health equity. What you will do: - Design and lead public health policy reform engagements across national and sub-national health systems. - Advise governments and ministries of health on community health strategy, primary care strengthening, aged care and integrated care network design. - Lead disease prevention and health promotion program design. - Shape and execute public sector health transformation programs. - Drive digital public health programs including surveillance system design and HIS modernization. - Support international development and global health engagements funded by multilateral or bilateral donors. - Mentor and develop a team of Analysts and Consultants. What we are looking for: - MBA from a tier 1 institute + minimum of 9 years of consulting experience. - 9+ years experience in public health consulting, government advisory, or health sector strategy across EMEA and/or APAC markets. - Demonstrated experience working with or advising national health ministries, NHS bodies, GCC health authorities, or Australian health departments. - Proven ability to engage and influence senior government officials and ministry-level stakeholders.
