Chief of Staff - Transformation & Analytics - Healthcare

Role Overview: This is a high-impact enterprise leadership role designed to support one of the largest chain of hospitals in India. The incumbent will act as the strategic execution partner to the leadership team, ensuring that enterprise priorities are translated into measurable business outcomes across the hospital network. The role combines strategy execution, analytics, governance, business performance management, cross-functional leadership and change management. Role Purpose: To drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives through structured programme management, advanced analytics, performance governance and executive stakeholder management. The role will ensure sustainable improvements in operational excellence, financial performance, clinical efficiency, patient experience and digital transformation. Candidate Skills: - Experience: 12-18+ years in hospital strategy, transformation, business excellence, corporate operations, CEO/COO Office or Tier-1 consulting with healthcare exposure. - Education: MBA from a premier institute preferred; MHA/Healthcare Management desirable. - Preferred Industry: Large corporate hospital chains or healthcare consulting.
