The Practice - A Brief Sketch: The Health Consulting Practice is a part of Company Strategy and focuses on the clients most strategic priorities. We help health clients achieve growth and efficiency through technology transformation, aimed at redefining business models using agile methodologies. We provide you with a great learning ground, deep-rooted in Health Business Strategy (Health Payers, Health Providers, Public Health) where you will get an opportunity to advise and work with our key global clients, driving end-to-end transformative strategic value and business growth. As a part of this high performing team, these are some of the initiatives you will drive: Digital Public Health: Designing and implementing digital public health programs including disease surveillance, electronic case reporting, health information system (HIS) modernization, and real-time epidemiological reporting for ministries of health and public health agencies. Public Health Transformation: Advising governments and health authorities on end-to-end public sector health transformation - spanning operating model redesign, health financing reform, service delivery restructuring, and workforce strategy across EMEA and APAC health systems. Community Health & Disease Prevention: Developing community health strategies, primary care strengthening programs, and NCD/communicable disease prevention frameworks that improve population health outcomes and reduce system demand across diverse geographies. Interoperability & Implementation: Supporting clients to design, implement, and scale interoperable health data ecosystems - deploying HL7 FHIR standards, national health information exchange frameworks, and integrated public health programs to improve service delivery and health outcomes across EMEA and APAC. Bring your best skills forward to excel in the role: - Lead the design and execution of interoperability strategies for public sector health clients, covering HL7 FHIR R4/R5, CDA, and legacy HL7 v2 integration patterns across national and regional health information ecosystems. - Advise client on Clinical Terminology & Coding Standards (SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD 10/11) and Medical Imaging Standards such as DICOM. - Advise governments and health authorities on compliance with regional interoperability mandates and standards, including NHS England FHIR standards, Saudi NHIFR, Australias My Health Record/ADHA frameworks, and WHO SMART guidelines. - Design FHIR API ecosystems, data-sharing frameworks, and public health data exchange architectures connecting EHRs, health information exchanges (HIEs), immunization registries, surveillance systems, and laboratory networks. - Evaluate and guide client selection of integration engines, FHIR servers, and national health data platforms relevant to EMEA and APAC deployments. - Support public health case reporting and disease surveillance modernization programs, connecting national notifiable disease systems, outbreak analytics, and real-time epidemiological reporting infrastructure. - Lead end-to-end implementation of public health data programs that integrate clinical, administrative, social, and environmental datasets to support government intervention priorities and health program delivery. - Design and oversee the implementation of public health reporting platforms and dashboards to support chronic disease management, communicable disease surveillance, and community health program monitoring for ministries of health and regional health authorities. - Lead health program implementation engagements for public sector clients across EMEA and APAC, overseeing delivery governance, stakeholder alignment, and outcome measurement for national and regional health authorities. - Establish data governance, data quality, and privacy frameworks aligned to regional regulations (e.g., UK GDPR/DSP Toolkit, Saudi PDPL, Australian Privacy Act, UAE Data Law). - Translate interoperability and implementation findings into actionable program recommendations and health system design changes for senior government and health authority audiences. - Coach and develop Analysts and Consultants in health informatics concepts, data tools, and consulting tradecraft. - Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to make technical concepts accessible to policy and program audiences. - Demonstrate a team-oriented and collaborative working style, both with clients and those within the organization. Your experience counts! MBA from a tier 1 institute + minimum of 9 years of consulting experience. Interoperability & Health IT: - 9+ years experience in health informatics, health IT strategy, or public health data, with at least 3 years in a client-facing consulting or advisory capacity. - Hands-on expertise with HL7 FHIR (profiling, API development, or implementation oversight) and common FHIR IGs (e.g., UK Core, AU Base, International Patient Summary). - Exposure to Clinical Terminology & Coding Standards such as SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD 10, ICD 11 and CPT. - Exposure to Medical Imaging Standards like DICOM and Radiology workflow standards (RIS/PACS). - Working knowledge of national interoperability frameworks in at least one EMEA/APAC region: NHS England FHIR standards, Saudi National Health Information Framework (NHIFR), Australias ADHA/My Health Record, or equivalent. - Experience with integration engines (e.g., Rhapsody, Mirth Connect, InterSystems, Azure Health Data Services) and national-scale health data exchange implementations. - Familiarity with public health reporting infrastructure: syndromic surveillance, electronic laboratory reporting (ELR), immunization information systems, and communicable disease notification systems. Population Health Program Implementation: - Experience leading or delivering health program implementations for ministries of health, national health agencies, or regional health authorities in EMEA or APAC. - Strong delivery and implementation capability; experienced in managing cross-functional teams, vendor relationships, and program governance for large-scale public health programs. - Experience building or overseeing public health reporting platforms and program monitoring tools (Tableau, Power BI, SAS, or equivalent) in government or health authority settings. - Familiarity with national health program structures and public health registries relevant to EMEA/APAC, including NHS Digital datasets, GCC national health registries, or AIHW data collections. Data Governance & Privacy: - Working knowledge of regional data protection regulations applicable to health data: UK GDPR / DSP Toolkit, Saudi PDPL, Australian Privacy Act, UAE Data Protection Law. - Experience establishing data quality, lineage, and stewardship processes for large-scale public health analytics programs.
