Description A Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of a project, or specified project component when working within a larger project structure.

The Project Manager will develop comprehensive project proposals in response to client requests for support; focused on understanding client needs and constraints, defining scope and deliverables, creating timelines, managing the resource forecast, holding team members accountable for achieving forecasts and determining the costs and resources required to meet client expectations.
