Chief of Staff Growth Strategy & Transformation Location: Mumbai Role Purpose: The Chief of Staff - Growth Strategy & Transformation will serve as a strategic advisor and execution partner to the Top management, driving the company's most critical business priorities. The role will lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, business transformation, growth programs, and cross-functional execution to accelerate business performance and future readiness. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Office: - Act as a trusted advisor to the Top Management of business priorities and strategic decisions. - Translate the Top Managements vision into actionable enterprise-wide initiatives. - Drive governance, strategic reviews, and executive decision-making. - Prepare Board and Executive Committee presentations and business reviews. Growth Strategy: - Identify new revenue streams, strategic partnerships, market expansion opportunities, and inorganic growth opportunities. - Evaluate competitive landscape, consumer trends, and disruptive business models to shape future strategy. Business Transformation: - Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives focused on growth, profitability, productivity, and operating model redesign. - Drive organizational effectiveness, process simplification, and digital transformation programs. - Build transformation roadmaps with measurable business outcomes and accountability. Strategic Program Management: - Lead the execution of the Companys-sponsored strategic initiatives. - Ensure alignment across business units and functional leaders. - Monitor KPIs, identify execution risks, and drive timely interventions to deliver business outcomes. Performance Management: - Establish performance dashboards and operating rhythms to track strategic priorities. - Drive quarterly business reviews and monitor enterprise performance against strategic goals. Stakeholder Management: - Partner closely with Business Heads, Finance, Product, Content, Sales, Marketing, Technology, HR, and Strategy teams. - Influence senior leadership without direct authority to ensure alignment and execution. Candidate Profile: - MBA from a premier institution (IIM, ISB, INSEAD, Wharton, Kellogg, LBS, etc.). - 1018 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Business Transformation. - Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide transformation and growth initiatives. - Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.
