Workday Functional Engineer

Workday Functional Engineer Required Skills5+ years of experience implementing or supporting Workday applications. Strong functional experience in one or more of the following:Workday HCMCompensationTalent ManagementWorkday FinancialsHands-on experience with Workday Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Dashboards).

Strong experience with Workday Security, including security groups, domains, and business process security. Experience developing user documentation and delivering Workday training. Strong understanding of HR and/or Finance business processes.

Experience supporting Workday implementations, enhancements, and production support. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments. Preferred QualificationsExperience with Workday integrations including EIB, Workday Studio, or Core Connectors.

Knowledge of Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, or Learning modules. Experience with data conversion, migration, and testing.
