HRBP Lead (e-commerce) Job Description : An established high growth e-commerce startup is looking to hire a Lead HRBP to partner closely with business leaders and drive people strategy across large-scale field and sales operations. This role is ideal for HR professionals who excel in high-growth environments, enjoy solving complex workforce challenges, and are passionate about building high-performing teams, strengthening employee experience, and enabling business success through strategic HR interventions. Key Responsibilities : - Partner with business leaders to design and execute people strategies aligned with organizational goals. - Lead workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent management, and succession initiatives. - Drive employee engagement, retention, performance management, and culture-building programs across operations. - Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, compliance, and workforce governance across multiple locations. - Leverage HR analytics and people insights to support decision-making and improve business outcomes. - Lead and develop a distributed HR team while continuously enhancing HR processes, systems, and capabilities. (please note this role is for handling HR for supply chain/sales/warehousing employees) Key Requirements : - 10+ years of experience post MBA from a tier I B School. - Proven experience managing large, geographically dispersed workforces within logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, retail, or similar sectors. - Strong expertise in employee relations, workforce governance, talent management, and organizational development. - Sound knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and workforce management practices. - Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business outcomes through people initiatives. - Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities in fast-paced, high-growth environments. - Travel extensively to various regional offices. Please Note : You must have expertise in managing large scale operations of 5K+ employees in an FMCG/Ecommerce/Logistics company. Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
