About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Associate Director Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and drive people initiatives that enable business growth. This role partners with business unit leaders to develop and execute talent strategies, organizational transformation, leadership development, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen with deep HR expertise to influence organizational decisions, build high-performing teams, and create an inclusive, performance-driven culture. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Business Partnership: - Partner with business heads and senior executives to align people strategy with business objectives. - Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness. - Translate business priorities into scalable HR solutions and initiatives. - Support mergers, acquisitions, organizational restructuring, and business transformation projects. Leadership & Talent Management: - Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development programs. - Coach senior leaders and managers on leadership effectiveness, team performance, and employee development. - Identify critical talent gaps and implement development and retention strategies. - Partner with Talent Acquisition to hire leadership and critical business roles. Organizational Development & Change Management: - Lead organization design initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability. - Drive change management programs supporting business transformation. - Facilitate leadership workshops and organizational effectiveness interventions. - Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Performance & Employee Experience: - Lead the performance management framework, including goal setting, calibration, and development planning. - Foster a high-performance culture through continuous feedback and coaching. - Design and execute employee engagement, well-being, and recognition initiatives. - Improve employee experience across the entire lifecycle. Employee Relations & Compliance: - Provide strategic guidance on complex employee relations matters. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical practices. - Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to manage workplace investigations and sensitive employee matters. - Mitigate organizational and people-related risks. Workforce Planning & Analytics: - Develop workforce plans aligned with business growth strategies. - Analyze HR metrics, attrition trends, engagement data, and productivity indicators. - Present people insights and recommendations to executive leadership. - Drive data-informed decision-making across HR programs. Compensation & Rewards: - Partner with Compensation & Benefits teams on annual salary reviews, promotions, and incentive programs. - Provide market intelligence to ensure competitive compensation strategies. - Support pay equity and reward initiatives. HR Operations & Governance: - Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and processes. - Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in HR service delivery. - Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, and HR Operations. - Support HR technology adoption and process automation initiatives. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. - MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent preferred. - 12-18 years of progressive HR experience, including significant HR Business Partner leadership experience. - Experience partnering with CXOs, Business Unit Heads, or senior leadership teams. - Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices. - Experience in multinational organizations, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), or high-growth startups is highly preferred.
