Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, bridging the gap between organizational objectives and human capital initiatives. You will operate at the intersection of talent strategy and operational excellence, working closely with senior management to drive organizational design, culture building, and high-impact people programs. Your day-to-day will involve navigating complex stakeholder relationships, diagnosing organizational health, and implementing data-driven solutions that directly influence business growth, employee retention, and leadership effectiveness across our Bangalore and Mumbai offices. By fostering a high-performance environment, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the companys trajectory and ensuring our workforce remains agile and engaged in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with business unit heads to translate long-term business goals into actionable HR strategies that drive operational efficiency and revenue growth. - Lead end-to-end performance management cycles, ensuring that feedback loops and appraisal processes are aligned with organizational excellence and individual career progression. - Drive comprehensive talent management initiatives, including succession planning and high-potential identification, to build a robust leadership pipeline for the future. - Facilitate large-scale change management programs, guiding teams through organizational restructuring and cultural shifts to maintain stability and morale during periods of transition. - Leverage HR analytics to provide actionable insights on attrition, engagement, and productivity, enabling leadership to make informed, evidence-based decisions. - Oversee HR compliance and governance, ensuring all people-related policies adhere to local labor laws and internal standards to mitigate organizational risk. Required Skillset: - Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex matrix environments with a high degree of emotional intelligence and professional maturity. - Proven expertise in designing and executing HR strategies that align with business objectives, supported by a strong command of HR analytics to measure and report on key performance indicators. - Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex HR concepts clearly and build consensus across diverse, cross-functional teams. - Strong foundation in change management and organizational development, with a track record of leading teams through successful cultural or structural transformations. - Deep understanding of HR compliance frameworks and statutory requirements, ensuring seamless operations across our Bangalore and Mumbai locations. - Candidates should possess a postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field from a premier institute, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
