This role offers direct exposure to the founders and senior leadership in a fast-paced high growth D2C environment. Responsibilities: - High-Impact Special Projects: Work directly with founders and senior management on business critical initiatives. - Insight-Driven Execution: Dig into detailed business metrics, identify root causes and insights, and drive projects to closure within expected timelines. - Cross-Functional Ownership: Work across teams to get things done bridging strategy, operations, and execution seamlessly. - 0-to-1 Initiatives: Lead new business models, partnerships, and transformation projects execute POCs, derive learnings, and hand over to long-term owners. - Growth Identification: Identify and prioritize medium-to-long-term projects that can deliver non-linear growth in business scales and revenue.
