What You'll Own: - Drive Enterprise-wide Strategic Initiatives - PMO Governance & Execution Excellence - Partner with Leadership to Drive Business Growth - Transform Business Performance through Data - Lead Business Transformation & Operational Excellence - Data Analytics & Business Insights - Accelerate AI & Digital Transformation - Stakeholder & Executive Management What We're Looking For: - 13-18 years of experience in Strategy, PMO, Business Operations, Program Management, Consulting, Product Strategy, or Business Transformation. - MBA from a premier institute. - Proven experience leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives. - Strong analytical mindset with experience in business planning, KPI management dashboards, forecasting, and business reviews. - Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive execution in fast-paced environments. - Experience with AI, digital transformation, process excellence, or operational transformation is a strong advantage.
