We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Lifted team.

You will design, build, and ship features across our . NET back-end APIs and React front ends, powering applications that clinicians rely on to deliver quality care in the field.

As a senior member of the team, you will lead technical design on significant features and integrations, raise the quality bar through code review and mentorship, and help shape how we build software — not just what we build.

This role suits an engineer who is comfortable owning problems end to end in a fast-moving product environment, communicates clearly with technical and non-technical partners, and cares about building reliable software that handles sensitive healthcare data responsibly.

What You'll Do

Design, develop, and ship high-quality features across the stack: C#/. NET and SQL Server on the back end, React and TypeScript/JavaScript on the front end. Lead technical design for significant features and third-party integrations — evaluating trade-offs, writing design docs, and driving decisions to consensus.

Own what you ship: testing, code review, observability, performance, and production support for the systems you build. Mentor and support other engineers through code review, pairing, and design feedback, raising the team's overall engineering bar.

Collaborate closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX to scope work, manage risk, and deliver on schedule. Champion secure engineering practices appropriate to a platform that handles sensitive patient and clinical data. Contribute to continuous improvement of our archite
