Position: Assistant General Manager Talent Management & Development Strategy Location: Corporate HQ, Gurgaon, India Experience: 10-17 years (MNC background) Qualification: MBA HR (Full time) About the Role: We are looking for an Assistant General Manager Talent Management & Development Strategy to design and lead future-ready HR initiatives. You will steer performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and HiPo strategy while collaborating closely with HRBPs and business leaders. What You'll Do: - Define and execute Talent Management & Development strategy aligned to business needs. - Drive Performance Management with focus on fairness and impact. - Lead succession planning for critical leadership roles. - Build and implement leadership development journeys. - Identify, engage, and develop High Potentials (HiPos). - Partner with HRBPs to drive adoption and success. - Lead, mentor, and inspire your team. What We're Looking For: - 10-17 years of HR experience in multinational organizations. - Proven expertise in Talent Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development. - Team leadership experience is essential. - MBA (HR) from B-School. Full time. - Strong strategic mindset with execution excellence. - Excellent stakeholder management & influencing skills.
