Client-Side Project Manager

Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, they're looking to appoint a Client-Side Project Manager to join their collaborative and high-performing team. This is an opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of projects while taking ownership from project inception through to completion, working directly with clients and industry-leading consultants. The Opportunity As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering projects across a mix of commercial, education, government, industrial, residential and mixed-use developments , ensuring successful outcomes across cost, programme, quality and stakeholder management. You'll enjoy genuine client exposure, autonomy over your projects and the support of an experienced leadership team committed to your long-term development. Responsibilities • Manage projects through all stages of the project lifecycle, from feasibility to handover. • Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors and specialist consultants. • Prepare and manage project programmes, budgets and risk registers. • Lead procurement, tendering and contract administration processes. • Monitor project performance across cost, programme, quality and risk. • Build strong relationships with clients and key project stakeholders. • Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. About You You'll ideally bring: • 4+ years' experience in client-side or consultancy project management. • Experience delivering commercial, workplace, education, industrial, government or mixed-use projects. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability. • A degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline. • The ability to confidently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
